Ugi Ball Plus
The Ugi Ball plus various other pieces of small equipment will be used in this class to up the ante! The workout is still a fast-paced, 30 exercises in 30-minutes with the Ugi Ball at the “core” of the class, but other equipment will be pulled in to add to the challenge. Could be a FlexBand, Fitness Circle, Stability Ball, Foam Roller or TRX – who knows! But what we do know is that anything goes! Get ready to work it!
Pre-requisites: Ugi Ball Class OR Ugilates AND/OR approval from studio instructors. Participants in this class should be in good physical health, injury-free and have the ability to transition comfortably from standing to the floor and back.
