TRX –WHAT IS IT?
The TRX Suspension Trainer was originally designed by a Navy Seal who had limited space to work out and needed something small enough to be transported in a sea bag. Eventually the fitness industry heard about it and since then, the TRX has successfully made its way into mainstream fitness, is known for its versatility and is used by all levels of movers. From young to mature, from stay-at-home moms to hardcore bodybuilders, from recreational to pro athletes – the TRX has proven itself a solid staple in an industry where new gadgets are coming out every day.
Simply put, the TRX is a piece of equipment that uses gravity and your own body weight to build strength, balance, co-ordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while increasing bone density and minimizing wear, tear and impact on the joints. Your body does the work and the TRX provides the support, challenge and feedback you need to make the most out of every movement.

Golf Tune-Up Class
This class begins with a Dynamic Golf Conditioning warm-up aimed at helping the golfer maintain a neutral spine while increasing range of motion and flexibility. Pilates and TRX exercises will then be added, aimed at improving your core strength, stamina, spinal flexibility (therefore a better turn), leg and hip stability and increasing the range of motion in both hips and shoulders to hit the ball farther, straighter and with more consistency. The increase in range of motion and flexibility that Pilates achieves also reduces stiffness and injuries.
